Emotional Balance & Meditation

Citta Psychology workshops integrate wisdom traditions, contemplative sciences, modern psychology and scientific neuroscience research into a program for mind & heart transformation.

In our workshops – inspired by the work of His Holiness Dalai Lama, Alan Wallace, Richard Davidson, Daniel Goleman among others – the invitation is to begin our journey towards the cultivation of emotional balance and optimal well-being.

Using insights and methods drawn from both Western psychology and Buddhist contemplative practices, we investigate our inner life in order to improve our outer life. Our Workshops are designed using evidence-based, practical, and secular strategies to benefit people from all walks of life.

The aim of our workshops is to promote human flourishing and optimal well-being by making psychological services accessible to everyone.

How to integrate our practice in our daily life to enhance emotional awareness & balance and experience well-being

"The short phrase—well-being is a skill—is a simple yet radical conclusion that comes from more than 25 years of research. Just like any other skill, if you practice it, you will get better." Richard Davidson

"Well-being is a Skill. Through cultivating healthy habits of mind, we can nurture key pillars of well-being. Based on decades of research, four trainable key pillars of well-being are: awareness, connection, insight and purpose. The extraordinary finding is that when we cultivate healthy habits of mind, our brains and bodies change."

Richard Davidson
Neuroscientist and founder of center for health minds
